Have purchased a mini countryman.
My paperwork got lost as the sales agent, who helped me left her job in a hurry.
I've left multiple messages. The sales director -Nathan has picked up the pieces but when I arrived to our meeting Mr Govender was holding a staff meeting leaving the entire showroom empty. Not one sales person was on the floor between 9a.m. (when we arrived and waited) till 9:45 a.m.
In a meantime there was another couple who came in willing to purchase a mini countryman. We sat and they stood in the empty showroom waiting. I have approached the cleaner twice, who did inform the staff about the clients waiting - at no reaction.
After 6 months wait for my paperwork and 45 min wait at the showroom I decided to see the principal and address it with Him personally.
Must say I have never experienced more arrogant, cold and unprofessional response to a client, who wasn't helped! After a 30 seconds silent stare down I was told " I'm sorry you get no joy here"
The importance of stuff meetings yes but not at cost of clients time and service delivered.
I am shocked by the complete lack of any social skill the man presented. He is not fit to lead ANY team!!!
