I had to phone Liane for banking details to pay my excess in which she told me she would let me know when spares arrive. I paid the excess in the same day which was the Wednesday.By Tuesday the following week I phoned her and she replied she did phone but I was not available, Did she ever hear about the concept of leaving a message? I asked her to ask Kobus how long my car would be in as I need a car for my work. She came back and told me it would take utmost 4 days. I rented a car and thought ok a week is acceptable and I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Today is day 11 I am without my car and the carhire bill is accumulating. Everytime I phone to speak to Liane, she is busy with a client and in the 12 calls I made to speak to her she phoned me back 2. Nu Wagon Bodyshop is either short staffed or pathetic in delivering service. Who is now going to fit the bill? And I can also say that Outsurance is also to blame because they use Nu Wagon Bodyshop. After this episode I will for sure change Insurance companies!!!
