Extremely Poor service BMW Zambesi

I phoned BMW on call service and reported a faulty powersteering and my car is not driveable, Quick they organised on my motorplan for the car to be taken to Zambesi BMW via eagle towing service hartbeespoort, car droped off approx: 11:30. During the day i phoned BMW Zambesi and was promised to be called back, at 4 the afternoon i called the service department again and was told that the car did not arrive and is not with them. I phoned BMW on call they told me the case is closed, I then phoned the towing service and they said the car been there since 11:30 the morning. I phoned again Zambesi BMW and the lady told me what usually happens is that the cars are getting towed to their bodyshop and after days when the customers phone the only pick up that the car is at the bodyshop even if it is booked for mechanical problems, I explained to her that there is a huge communication gap then within their company and a whole day is now wasted, she told me: " Even if we know the car was here we would not have looked at it today because we are verry busy"?? HUH?? I let my car towed there because i was told by a friend Centurion is a verry bad BMW garage this does not look any bette
