I have to also add that I feel like a "". With my hat under my arm I would like to humbly apologize.
We have looked at the quote presented, and I went to go look at the process of installation, parts required and the process of how this must be done. I also spoke to some assessors and a panel beater about this, and I have to say that my understanding came to halt when I found out what the job entails. A Claim Director at a well-known company has indicated the same.
I would just say that this job is not for little people, it takes not only time, but accuracy to assemble and attached. I have also spoken to some GM parts departments, and the stock is not available anywhere. Hence the reason for the back orders and the time delay,
My argument was then that Nu-wagon has not notified me about this. However when I listened to the phone calls, again I realized that this was said, on 2 occasions by 2 different people. Liani and Mohamed both told me, however my non-understanding has kicked in, and I did not want to listen to the full story.
Once again, I would like to apologize for the mess I have created. I would like retract all my statements of nu-wagon. I feel very bad!
