On the 14 Jan 13 my car was taken in for repairs by Absa Idirect(! I wish they did their home work about not so Nu Wagon. To cut the long story short, my car has been with them for 5 months. On collection I signed a contract stating that whatever prblems experienced I should just bring the car in for them to sort it out. Lo and behold, 5 months down the line I am still being sent from pillar to post. Thanx to Nu Wagon now I have to replace my light bulbs every second week and my seatbelt sensor is not in operation. Really, the sory never ends... I dont think they will ever respond or try to sort their mess out as they do not care about the well-being of their clients. Once they receive their payout from the insurance, they forget about thier client who in actual fact brought food on their tables. Sies, disgusting!!!
