I took my Golf for a quote to De Graaf Under-car. I was provided with a quote to replace the fuel pump. It was R1200.00 for replacement and they let me sign at the amount on the quote. They realised that this was not the problem and they decided to send the vehicle to an auto electrician without conciliating with me. When I wanted to collect my car they gave me an invoice of R2901.30 and said if I wanted the car back I need to pay. This included the fuel pump that was not a problem. They could also not find the quote that I signed at. This was also a fault on my side, as I should have asked for a copy.
When I wanted to discuss it with the owner, he brushed me of, was extremely rude and didn't want to speak to me over the phone.
Be aware, I presume they fix cars and if you want it back you need to pay even though you don't know what they have done to the car!!!
