Dont leave your vehicle at Honda Pinetown

My 2012 Honda Ballade was taken to Honda Pinetown on April 19 2013. the vehicle was inspected and i was told the front left main headlight needed to be repaired. the following week i collected the vehicle, the front light was repaired. the interior light of the car was stripped and thrown on the back seat, despite the assurance from their service department that the car was checked and ready for collection. so i waited for a shocked technical manager cedrik van wyk to now put back the stripped interior light (which had nothing to do with the original repair). nobody could explain why my private motor car was indeed now missing an interior light. i was later told that they were trying to search for the type of light to show another customer (at my expense). in trying to fix the light fixture, the light housing cracked. my wallet from the car was also . i brought it to the dealers attention. it is today 11 june 2013, i have called the dealership this past friday i still await their call on the part (which they have told me is on back order). btw i also own a 2013 jazz which shares the identical part (which they say is on back order). they simply dont care.
