I went to Honda Kyalami to get a new Honda, i was excited and i know its a good brand. Firstly they made me sign delivery papers in the finance department and i was under the impression i would receive the bike same day. Then they went back on my trade-in, re-did the contract and claimed the bike had things that had to be fixed i would get it the next day. I went home empty-handed, bike was not delivered next day.
Eventually when bike was finally delivered, after i sent an email threateneing to cancel the contract, as soon as the delivery guy left i realised the bike had a warning light. They claim it wasnt there before, we can leave that for discussion, but if they had taken it for a test dtive they would have noticed that the engen was faulty and hence the warning light. It would cut power as you are riding, suddenly accelerating. They delivered me a bike with this problem, claiming they didnt notice the exhaust valve or something was missing.
I took it back to them, they stayed with it some days and told me all was well. I collected it, SAME problem. nothing was different, i dont understand how these people operate.
Now they have the bike and i am not getting any feedback
