Two branches giving different infomation

I hired a car on the 1st of may for a week at the OR Thambo airport, on the 6.th may i went to the sandton to extend for another week and the assistant there told me i suppose to return car on the 8th may, so asked him to extend for another week anyway to return car on15th may. On the13th may i got a call from Avis saying the car should be returned, so asked the lady who called to extend rental for another week. On the 20th may i called and asked them to extend rental for another week and before the week was over around Wednesday or Thursday i received a call from an assistant from the OR Thambo branch asking me for mileage on the car so he could book the car for a monthly rental so i could get a rebate and return car on the 1st of June, i was over the moon with the suggestion and emailed him what he required, on the 28th i got a call from Avis saying i had to return the car. This is a huge inconvenience for me as i thought i would have the car for another week and did not think i would extend rental for week again, i went to the sandton branch to ask more info, they said the guy from airport did not capture anything, i am so stressed cos i spent most of my money weekend
