I reported a fault on a Mr M, . Borrill's land line on the 06/06/2013. Here with dates that I have phoned them on the on going problem. Ref no: 265cwk190613
19/06/13 & 01/07/13 I was told a cable must be replaced. 08/07/13 & 11/07/13 and today 17/07/13 I was told that they to not have the cable in stock, they are waiting on the cable. There is a very sick person living there and needs the phone in working order asap.
