Good Day

I would like to extend my deepest disappointment i experience from the Multichoice agency (I think it is called VTech) in Sunnypark mall, Sunnyside Pretoria. On Friday a bought a coax cable (DSTV cable), then i did not take the cable home just because their manager took the keys with him all the key away from the side (so they said) and promised me that they will have the keys the following day.

I went there the following day and did not find the lady that was helping me the previous day. The lady that helped me that day started looking for a key again. After some few minutes she came back to me and said, i quote "I can't find the key." I asked how come because they promised me that i would find it the following day. The lady decided to shout at me and repeatedly said "I cant find a key what do you want me to do" and ended up saying a "Voetsek (Off)" word in front of other clients. I then asked for my R50.00 refund so that i may go and buy a cable somewhere else. She then refunded me.

I honestly did not like what she said to me, was just asking how come they did not have keys and she stared attacking me. I just hope and request Multichoice will train her again.
