I bought my car at Mccarthy Edenvale Branch in January 2013. I was told that the spare keys will be delivered at my house in in weeks time. They were suppossed to sort out the painting and deliver the spare key. We were told that the services are up to date. I kept on making follow ups, but then I was told that the spare key is with the dealer trying to sort out the immobiliser. I kept on calling but was told that they are not yet back. I then called the Manager who told me that he will investigate and call me back of which it never happened.
I kept on calling and was told that the Manager is not there. I then decided to send an email, no one replied. In May I sent someone (who was with me when we signed the contract) to see the Manager and he was told that the person who sold us the car is no longer with the company and the Manager is not available. He then explained to them everything and that it is in the contract but they failed to adhere to that.
We trusted them, and we discovered that the book service is not update. What a poor service, I am so dissappointed.
