I took my vehicle to Mccarthy Toyota Edenvale, after calling them and explained the cars problem to them & they said I should bring it to them so they could have a look at it and advise accordingly.
I called them a week later and I was told they tried all they could with no joy & they have sent the car to their electricians third party & the towing cost will be included in the invoice I then asked who agreed for them to tow the car for that amount no reply to the question they sent me the quote via E-mail and they requested I reply with a go ahead I did exactly that since then I have been calling them twice to three times week until the middle of Jan where I thought let me give them some time & I thought they would get back to me but nothing until I called them again in the beginning of Jan I was still not getting any joy from them I visited the dealer they even told me I'm part of the furniture with the countless visits I have been making only until the 1st week of Feb they told me they are no longer part of the deal I should contact the 3rd part myself those were words from the service manager since I have been calling the 3rd party all they do is promise & not delive
