3 months ago, I paid and gave instruction to collect and deliver a document. No collection was ever done, and no one from FedEx ever informed me. The person I had to collect the doc from left the country until now. I ordered collection again. This time they changed my instructed collection date THEMSELVES WITHOUT ADVISE ME FIRST. And again, they did not collect my document. I called many times and emailed many times, repeating same story over and over. I called again to complain and requested for refund. AGAIN, the call centre staff was going to send me a refund request form, AGAIN, FAILED. - didn't receive any refund request form. It was a simple collect and deliver job, and they managed to failed such simple task completely. Supaswift, what a good job at non-deliver. FedEx really need to be careful with their choice of outsourcing.
