Frustrated and Angry - Waiting for a YEAR

12th June 2012, after buying a new Volvo for my wife, I ordered a Wldtrak Ford Ranger from Leon Auto in Rustenburg. I was told that the vehicle would take a while etc etc. After many ums and ahhs, the dealer (sales person) finally communicated to me (after I had to phone the dealer the whole time) that my Wildtrak would be ready end of March 2013. Come end of March, I get told that the Wildtrak that I ordered is not even on the system and there is no ETA. So then I phoned customer service. Alex Prokopis, Dealer Champion Case Manager, telephonically said to me that my Wildtrak would be ready (ETA) on the 8th June 2013. I received no feedback from the dealer.

6th of June, I go to enquire about the bakkie. The sales manager, Stephan Mostert, shows me on their system that my bakkie firstly shows an order date of Feb2013 (I ordered it in June2012) and that there is no manufacture date or delivery date attached. He shows me several other Wildtrak orders from April2013 that have delivery dates for the end of June2013. So far, even after several calls no one can give me any info and I am tired of licking to find out what is happening!!!
