I sold my New Ford Ranger back to Global Ford Menlyn on the 21 January 2012, after a month I got a fine on my name with the same vehicle, coming to notice that the vehicle is still on my name after a month, Bennie (Used car Sales Manager) sold the vehicle to a client that is driving the vehicle around with it still on my name so when ever the client gets a fine it shows on my name, he already got one and after heavy email i received my money for the fine, so thank you for that but... i have send numerous emails asking Bennie if the vehicle is off my name and still to today no answer on it. I then phoned Andre Swart (Dealer Principle) once and then only i received a mail from Bennie but still NO answer if the Ranger have been taken off my name. I send more mails but no response on it, Then i phoned Andre Swart again and now again waiting for feedback. So I want to just say as a client that have been driving Ford cars for the last 10 years this experience un called for. Imagine some one bad driving can be effecting your name and all because of a dealership not doing their job!!!
