On the 25th April, we purchased a Ford Ranger from Sydney. Their was some problems with the bakkie but Sydney promised to fix everything. On the 29th May the first e-mail / complaint was send to their offices, on the 30th May they did responed to what the plan is to fix everything. The radio was sent in to be fixed, but is giving the same problems again. The last mail from them to me was on the 6th June confirming my license disc is ready for collection. I reqeusted them to lett me know when their courtesy vehicle will be available and to date I have not heard from them and my bakkie has not yet been fixed.
