New Wildtrak Of substandard

I bought the new Wildtrak. The service I got when I bought the bakkie was exceptionally well, welldone to Cliff, I never had such good service... but then it happens. I had the bakkie for 2 months when the plastic cover on the seat broke, after investigation I saw the bracket was glued. I reported this to the dealer. They very friendly assisted and ordered another cover. 3 days after the new cover was fitted it clipped out again. My concern is that again it was glued, The cover is actually glued at the factory to try and reinforce it as Ford knows the design is flawed. I am just of the opinion if the try and reinforce the parts in the factory Ford SA knows that it is substandard parts and if they sell their top of the range bakkie with substandard parts they should acknowledge it to the buyer before the sale goes through.
My question to Ford is: Have you no pride in you product?
