Bought a car, and regretting it

Minor problems on my car have escalated to one big problem, that being no customer service. Arrogant Service Personnel is spoiling my whole experience of buying a car. I had a simple request of fixing parts on my car which is still under warranty, and to find out that there isn't time to fix it. Either the Sales Executive fails to book a workshop appointment for me, or the Sales Manager keeps on postponing the booking.

Is this because the repair is done under warranty and no one is getting commission?

The Dealer Principle has to date not once try to rectify the situation and keep a low profile. Customer Care is waiting for more than 24 hours for feedback from the branch.

I hope for a response soon, otherwise I will return my car on breach of contract.
