Six months ago on 11/06/2012 I purchased a brand new 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 GLS Executive from Hyundai Sherwood. Apart from the bad service that I had received from the Sales Manager on delivery of my vehicle I have been faced with endless issues regarding repairs done to my Panoramic Roof. It has been back and forth to Sevice Centres and the Dealer Principle. Even after several attemps the problem is still not fixed.

From the time I have purchased this car there have been endless problems which is costing time and money taking it back and forth for repairs.

I have paid quite a huge sum of money for this vehicle and for it to give me so many issues is not acceptable, this is an Executive car and I should be getting Executive Service.

Please can you assist in asking the Dealer Principle to take back and credit this vehicle as we have given him a chance to have it repaired and checked out many times and it is still faulty.
