I took my car in for a service and was told there was a suspension problem. Cornell indicated that he would supply me with cost estimates for the repairs and has not done so. It has been three weeks. Each time I phone he has promised that he will send it through during the course of the day, but I never receive anything (this was on 4 seperate occasions). I have left numerous messages but have never been called back. He is the foreman, and you expect good service. 3 weeks for a cost estimate. There are no excuses for that.
