My name is Anusha Maharaj and my address is 3 Sand Dollar Crescent, Corssmoor Chatsworth 4092 and . email [Email Removed] For the last 3 weeks we are not receiving any Channels. First week, Channel 163, 164, 165, 143 and the next 2 weeks no channels at all. It states Blocked (4). I have phoned on numerous occasions to no avail. The consultants were not of any help and all they say its a technical problem. the supervisor promised to get back to me and have the problem sorted out 1 week ago but up to today we have not received any help/response.. I phoned several times form my cell phone and waited for lengthy period at my cost. What I want to know is how do you expect us to stay your customer and we are paying for services we are not receiving. When are the services going to be instated and who is going to bear the cost for our losses. Also how are we going to be able to vie the series that w have missed in the last 3 weeks. /if I do not receive any response in the next 24 hours, I will not hesitate in publishing your pathetic services in the media. Your'll have to find a way to improve your stinking services.. And I dont care a about your 5 days reply!!!
