Damaged lounge set, now avoiding damage claim

Hi. My wife ordered a lounge set from a manufacturer in Johannesburg at a cost of R34k. Living down in Port Shepstone, we obviously needed to move it down to our home. Obviously we searched for a reputable removal company- Purple Turtle Movz. The lounge set was ready and picked up by our reputable removal company around the 4th of June and was delivered to us on the 7th of June, albeit in a condition of damage. We were told that all their deliveries have an Outsurance cover of R100k. However our lounge set removal company sub contracted our work to Timefreight. Now we sit with problems - my wife has been in liaison with Marco and one of the managers, Neil, on numerous occasions. She was told that the claim would be settled in 12weeks. It is now 17weeks. She has even spoken to Outsurance themselves. Marco, who is the owner, said to my wife that the claim is now with the directors of the company. However when she questioned Neil as to who the directors of the company are, he answered, "There are none. There's only Marco, who is the owner".a load of untruths are revealed. Marco does not even take her calls anymore. This company may be good 90% of the time, but when things go wrong...
