Secondly, I don't have a waybill number. Your staff members took all the documents with them
Now, to get to my current complaint.
The same young lady I had the immense pleasure of dealing with last time, this time FLAT refused for me to check the contents of my package.
This is apparently company policy, according to her and her colleague in the van.
Is this true? Is it company policy to coerce customers into signing for and acknowledging receipt of goods they're not allowed to inspect?
I don't have a waybill number this time either.
The package was from Cell C and was delivered to British American Tobacco in Stellenbosch
