The worst service eve

The date the waybill was filled in and Time Fright was contacted was the 7th of Jan.
On the 9th of Jan there is still no tracking available on the waybill number? The package should have been at my customer today in Cape town.

The 7th it was too late (16h45) to collect the package for Time Fright?
My Customer is stuck in Cape town with hiss business van, and he is needed in JHB to run his company,
I am the one with egg in my face as the tracking number does not exist that I gave him?

I contacted Time Fright at 6h59 and spoke to an agent who said he will phone me back in the next 5 to 20 minutes, guess what i had to phone back 45 minutes as no one contacted me.

Please let me know what I must do to get my customer his parts in Cape town so that he can come back to JHB to do his work and not to lose customers and so that he can be happy with my work so that i don't lose him as a customer as he is a very good customer of mine.

And this is the last time that I will use Time Fright as I will loos customers and get a bad reputation as i cant give my customers the service that I receive from time fright.
