Very rude, disgusting attitude

Because Cyber Bike have opted not to equip their driver with a gps unit, the driver was not able to locate the address and claims to have driven around in circles in Johannesburg CBD complaining about bus lanes and one-way roads. Marylin had a very bad attitude when I called and told me not to give her lip upon expressing my dissatisfaction about the service I have not received. I was told that my directions with street names and landmarks were not sufficient and that the driver wasted petrol trying to find the place. Apparently Cyber Bike is in Linden and does not operate in Johannesburg (despite having agreed to the job at a fee of about R300). I was made to feel that I was complaining about someone not doing me a favour, which is very hard to believe since I was prepared to pay for them to pick my bike up. Upon mentioning that I will be dealing with them going forward through HelloPeter, Marylin told me to go ahead. I also told her that they had just lost a customer, to which she responded: "That's fine". I am very disappointed with the attitude I received upon my first interaction with this business, especially since they were recommended to me.
