Car not getting fixed

I took my i20 to Menlyn for a squeaky clutch pedal. I got the car back with the same squeak. I tried to make an booking at the end of last year but they couldn't help me because it was to busy. I took my car in again and asked them to also have a look at the driver side sun-visor which was stuck at the top. I got my back (after waiting 45min for my invoice to be prepared). The squeak on the pedal is now worse and I found my sun-visor hanging in my face. I couldn't get it to stay up or fully down. I had to go back and ask them to completely remove the visor so I could drive home. Please explain to me why I get my car back in a worse condition after I took it in. Doesn't anyone check to see that the work was done? The squeak persists after twice taking my car in.

I haven't ever had really bad service from Kia Menlyn, but after the previous two incidents I am really starting to doubt the loyalty I have towards Hyundai. How many times do I have to take in my car before everything is going to be fixed? Its simple... fix the problem and then test it to see if it is really fixed before handing my car back to me. You are wasting your own time and mine.
