Good day. I went to Full throttle Edenvale on the 02/08/2013 to purchase a Visor for my RSI Helmet. The Sales Person Thuli said the only one in stock was the Iridium but was good quality. I purchased it at R999.95. I rode with it on monday 5/08 and Tuesday 6/08 to work and back ( -30 KM a day) and then saw what looked like small chip marks on the Visor. (Not visable from the interior side). I phoned Full Throttle on Wedensday 7/08 and they said I should not worry, just bring the visor in and they would sort it out. I returned the Visor on the Friday 9/08 and was told by the gent behind the counter that Iridium visors are known for this problem caused by Dust, but again ensured the visor would be sent to the supplier and sorted out. No feedback received until today 02/09/2013 where I was told the Supplier will not do anything about the visor because it does not fall with in their warranty. I am not happy with this as I know Full Throttle to stock good quality items, but for a R1000 Visor to only last 60Km, thats not on. Why was I not told by the sales person about the Problems. I would like to ask for a refund as my trust in Full Throttles Visors is not what it should be.
