No response or feedback / Pathetic Service

I logged a call with Toyota SA, call number 300367040. My warranty had expired in January 2013. While on holiday in December 2012 my aircon packed up. I couldn't get to a dealer and waited for January to book the vehicle in. In January when I phoned my local dealer the earliest date was the 17th Jan. I duly took the vehicle in for a service as well. Toyota refuses to cover the aircon repairs as the warranty had expired. Having spoken to MO from Toyota SA it was said they will look into the case and come back to me. I haven't heard a single word from either Toyota SA or the dealership which is Barlow world Toyota Menlyn. I had to phone the dealership on numerous occasions only to be told they will contact me TODAY. Today has never come and it is two weeks later. I personally went and saw Mr Tiaan Combrinck who is the service manager and he gave me his personal blessing that he would sort it out for me and come back to me. Nothing. I have spoken to Rossina and she promised to get back to me a week ago. Nothing... A vote of no confidence in Toyota for handling their clients in this fashion. I will definitely be spreading this service to all I know.
