Dhl tells me my parcel is missing

I had a parcel shipped from the uk to South Africa after having been convinced of a quick three day service by dhl, four days later of no contact I decide to call dhl and all I get is the run around, different excuses of how I must wait for them to call me and nobody calls me, after a week and still my parcel can not be located!!! No contact whatsoever I have to be th one calling to follow it through. I am extremely unhappy about the way i was handled, you would expect dhl to be a reliable courier service. My parcel missing and no one wants to take responsibility for it
