COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE DE-SATISFACTION

WE WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE DE-SATISFACTION.

We did send our car in November 2012 to Kohler Auto GM Motors Witbank to be checked why it was not starting. The car was fixed after collection we drove the car hardly 60km and the engine knocked, when we took the car back we got the information that some of the parts were striped from our car by the time they were fixing it and used to fix another car which was the same as ours. We took the matter to the principal Mr. Kohler to express our concerns who walked out on us because he wanted evidence. We left unsatisfied and after 2days we brought our car back because the wheel bearing was making noise, the car was fixed and we paid upon collection we found our car bonnet open and the HT cables were missing, when we enquired we were told that they were being used in another car without our approval. We caught them red-handed this time and we have photos. We believe that this is a that General Motors in Witbank is doing. If you send you car there watch out! Right know we don't even know what else has been stripped. We believe this has been going on for a very long time and the workshop mananger Mr Hennie Collins is aware of it
