My insurance sent my hail damaged car to Renewit in Randburg.
Renewit fixed the hail damage (great job) but unfortunately they jhave no idea how to put a roof lining back properly so there are no rattles.
begin January I visited Renewit and spoke to two managers who promised heaven and earth that the car would be repaired 100%.
Sadly it seems that Brian (at Renewit randburg) does not share their sentiment.
a) Alcantara trim has been moved /stretched - white body paint is now showing inside the vehicle.
b) Sunroof lining was not put back properly, it's loose & hanging off the roof inside the car.
c) sunroof wires were not installed in the roof properly when the roof lining was replaced, something is now rattling inside the roof when I drive.
BRIAN took all of 2 minutes to put the sun roof lining back and said we must come back if the roof still rattles.
Well Brian, seeing as you did NOTHING to look at the rattle my guess is the rattle is stil very much there.
Brian, maybe this time do the job properly (remove the roof lining and SEE what is rattling).
