I purchased a used vehicle from Renault Northcliff in August 2012, there were a few faults with this vehicle which I was promised by the sales person would be repaired, shortly after this the sales person left Renault Northcliff and I was told by the used car sales manager being Rick Scott that these defects would be rectified. We are now six months later and yet these defects have still not been fixed and I get given one excuse after the other. How do these unscrupulous dealers still survive in this economy?
