I took my car for a service on the 03/06/2013 at VW Braamfontein and the mechanic who took charge was Dylan and his supervisor was Shaun, I dropped off my car in the morning around 6;45am and i had to wait for the driver to drop me no one helped me i asked my friend to drop me at work and they promised to fetch me at 5pm afternoon, then they send the driver at 4;30pm while i was busy at work, then the driver told me he is not gona wait for me till 5pm, then i wait on a freezing weather at the gate at my work place calling Dylan to send someone, he told me its not his responsibility he send the driver, Then again i had to wait another our for my friend to fetch me around 7pm at night since waiting at 5pm. When i got at VW Dylan tell me i must be greatful i wasted his time. Then on the 04/06/2013 around lunch time i call the supervisor he was so rude and arrogant. I paid the money not stones to get my car serviced i really demand an apology from SHAUN and from VW management i have never receive such a pathetic service in my life.i will NEVER EVER RECOMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE.I ALSO WANT REMBURSEMENT FOR MONEY PAID AT DAYCARE TO FETCH MY SON AT NIGHT.SO ANGRY LIKE A LION
