I had my car which has done 270 000 odd km at Autoworks in Milnerton some months ago. The service was great and the car now runs as good as new.
It has however suffered from some noise in the diff or the power train or the back tyres for some time. Yesterday I popped in and asked if someone could help with diagnosis. Alan took the car for a drive, and said it is tyre noise, but due to my certainty that it was the power train he agreed to check it out more closely this morning.
This was done promptly at 08h00 this morning while I had a great cup of coffee. The diagnosis was confirmed and when I wanted to pay was told that it was "No Charge" UNBELEIVABLE! I have since had the tyres changed and in my mind the jury is still out on whether the noise was the tyres. That is however beside the point.
When did anyone receive such pleasant and professional help, AT NO CHARGE?
I will be going back with all my cars in future.
