Clutch - Warranty doesnt cove

Hi

Just thought I would share this,

This is not the first car that I own and has never happened before - this vehicle Golf 6 has 47000KM on the clock! (This makes me believe the part was fragile from the start)
I am not a specialist in clutch repair but I will not settle for driving technique as the cause.
The reason I buy a vehicle with a warranty and maintenance plan is exactly for these type of incidents.

VW does not want to cover it under warranty...

I have read many blogs with incidents like this.
