In the Middle of May, one of your consultants came to see me about my move, and promised a quote around five days later. It is now June, no quote. Why do you bother sending out a consultant, wasting my time? And if you really are not interested in giving me a quote, fine but at least tell me? No, I am not interested any longer in receiving a quote from you as when things start of badly, one must just look for alternatives, which is what I have done.
