My brake lite globe not working. Reception called Kevin who is the shop manager for assistance. Asked if they can please change the globe for me. His simple answer was they can but he has to open a job card and it will cost me - R200. I was so shocked because a globe do not even cost you R20. I am a client for 3 years with them, and they service my car every year. They make enough money out of me yearly and they can not even change a globe for me. My name is on the list to buy the new ford eco sport but after this episode I do not think I will use them again, I rather drive to Boksburg, they are more than willing to assist the customers
