I have send an e-mail via your website regarding the poor quality of you globe. After one week, I did not receive any response. I know try this public website, hoping to get feedback this time.
I bought 3 Ellies GU10 220v (3.2 watt Coolwhite) globes during Desember 2012 at Builders Warehouse Gezina. One month later one globe is flickering after paying over R100 per globe. If one is paying this much, a globe should last much longer. I expect a replacement for this.
I did not keep my till slip but you are more than welcome to fetch this flickering globe. It is still brand new.
I normally buy Ellies products, but I have lost faith in you product.
