Poor Service Delivery

Hello Peter, I took in my car in for its scheduled service on the 26 February 2013 to GM Imperial Motors Bloemfontein, I Listed all the problems I had with the car including that I had a problem with lights, I got a call later saying they have fixed everything, and they mentioned something I did not request "my Brake Pads where worn-out" I confirmed them to fix them. Later that afternoon I collected the car, I did not drive my car at night for a while, when I did I realized that I still have the same problem with the Lights. The following day (08/04/2013) I went to them to complain about the service, they told me they did not have stock that is the reason why it was not done. The Issue is they did not call me to inform me about their problem, I kept driving the car thinking its in good condition. They offered to check the car immediately and will not charge me labour, told I will only pay for the Parts. It was a good thing they did on their part since they noticed their mistake. I ordered the parts they said I should, then booked for service, today (13/05/2013) I took my car in for Lights Installation, later they call me and say there is more lights I should order that they did not see
