I made the mistake of using Randburg Movers for my move. And when i booked them i specifically asked them to come early at 8am - but they arrived after 9:30am. While they were packing my belongings into the truck i was not happy with the way they handled my items and the careless speed they moved at. The huge problem came when they were delivering my items at the new premises. They started complaining that they were late for other moves they had to do that day and when they offloaded my items they literary DUMPED them on the floor. They threw boxes marked FRAGILE - GLASS under heavy boxes, broke my glasses, tore my paintings, damaged my electronics, scratched my furniture and left most of my belongings OUTSIDE in the yard!!! As if that was not enough they has left 1/4 of my items behind in the old premises and when i asked if they were returning to fetch the items left behind they refused and said they were late and they had other jobs to do!!! So my items were left behind and i had to hire another moving company to complete the move! I have tried calling them and emailing them regarding this despicable service and to date no response from them! NEVER use this
