Moving is an incredibly stressful experience on its own, but made worse by removal companies such as Mini and Maxi Movers. They showed up late, which resulted in me not being able to be there the whole time while they were doing the move. My cleaning lady who is incredibly trustworthy and has worked for me for many years phoned me soon after I left saying that they were literally throwing the boxes around and in one case even opened one of the boxes to go through my DVD's.By the time I got back to the house I realized that they left most of the patio furniture despite this being on the list the owner of the company, Lawrence, made me complete. When I complained too him he said that my cleaning lady advised the movers not to take those items, which is rubbish. They then had to come back the next day to move the rest of the items meaning I had to take more time off from work. They broke so many items including snapping my TV unit in half. The owner of the company, Lawrence, simply told me on the phone that he doesn't believe me and I shouldn't phone him again. Great service Lawrence, great service. Oh and they my 46" Full HD TV...
