3 Months of the worst service eve

STILL no feedback?
I have now been told that I will have my car "around mid-March" because they were waiting for parts!
I bought my car on 14 September 2012 - not even 3 months after purchasing my brand new vehicle I was rear ended by a BMW driver who was not paying attention to the road.
Surely if a car is BRAND NEW there are parts readily available??? I drove my new car for less than 3 MONTHS and the repairs have taken longer than the time I got to use my vehicle.
After explaining my frustrations and pointing out that HYUNDAI are to blame for the parts delay - I still get no feedback! Not even a "Sorry"!

New car owners are supposed to be treated with much better service than I have received thus far! In fact, I didn't even receive a bunch of flowers the day I went to take delivery of my vehicle.
I mean seriously - every other new car owner I know has been given the red carpet treatment and they were treated as if they were their only customer!
What do I get? Bad service, no response to my frustrations and no help whatsoever to get my car repaired by your "approved" panel beaters.
I am so disappointed in the service and the lack of response from Hyundai and I regret ever thinking
