I am at my absolute wits end with the service and workmanship of your establishment. My brand new i20 came in for very minor exterior repairs; I was firstly promised that it would take 6 working days - it took 14. I arrived to a car with a big scrape along the handle, so I had to wait again for that to be repaired. Shortly after I noticed that my cover for the in my passenger door (which should not have been touched) handle was missing so I had to drive out of my way to come fetch a new one, that same door has a horrible rattle when music is played that never happened before. Today, someone was in my back seat for the first time since the repairs and pointed out that my left roof handle is missing. It was completely removed for a reason that I cannot even think of. I am past the point of anger and frustration with such poor service and pathetic workmanship. Please understand my extreme frustration as this car was bought out of the box and came to you for very minor scrapes, the fact that I have had so many issues and inconveniences to contend with is absolutely ridiculous.
