Bad Customer Sevice/Repairs not done properly

I took my car in April and I had to follow up on my own as to the progress on my car, which kept changing from one week to the other. On the day of collection there was more damage to my car, paint chips which were fixed along with the radio knob. Now my driver window doesn't work which was initially part of the damage that needed to be fixed. Dreading going back for repairs.
