I took my BMW in for hail damage repairs on the 26th of Jan 2013. Every call I made to follow up resulted in having to be called back, as my vehicle could not be ' found'. Eventually, i was told to pick up my car today, only to find that the vehicle was not fully repaired- i was not notified, and i also discovered scratches, paint damage and missing items such as my licence plate numbers, and the boot contents - tools et al.
