Regent lacks to reply to e-mails

New Hyundai i30 2013 model which was caught in a hail storm on 20 /1O/12. I was requested to take my car in on the 1/11/12 on the 20/11/12 my car had not been touched I had the car move to Denmar on the 21/12/12 they asked me if I can collect the car although it was not complete, as they were still waiting parts which I did. I was not happy when you washed the car roof it went in and out the roof lining was bad with creases the rear right door rubber were missing. The cover that fits over the Auto defogging system was missing the front left and right doors had been damage inside the right hand door was not aligned correctly the cover plastic where the windscreen wipe are attached to had not arrived, I complaint to Regent and Hyundai via e-mail Roberto sent out the HARP manager who found nothing wrong with my car and said it was ready. I had a meeting with Regent, Hyundai and Denmar where they agreed they would fix the car. On the 1/3/13 I received an e-mail from Hyundai that my car will be ready on the 8/3/13 on the 6th March I also receive an e-mail from Denmar stating the ETA of the parts is the 25/04/1. Hyundai now tells me it Regent who took time reauthorizing the part
