I requested a new wind screen on the 20th of May from Faith at PG Glass Centurion. On the 23rd of May I phoned for an update, to which faith replied they are awaiting approval from the Insurance. On the 29th of May I still didn't receive any feedback, the lady at the front desk then said faith is on leave, she will help me I must email her all the detail. today is the 1st of June, almost 2 weeks after my first request and still no update at all. My windscreen is cracked three quarters of the way, I have been pulled over by the traffic department and luckily got away with a warning, so this is becoming a safety hazard. I tried speaking to the manager of the shop, but the lady at the front desk only replies with "we are really busy". Can someone please assist me or should I consider another glass merchant.
