I've taken my car in for 3 services so far, 2 standard and one for warranty claim. Not once have i had good service. My first service was ok, the second one, i was first in queue and it took them 9 hrs to "service" my car and when i got it back it hadn't even been washed. This time, i took it in because its leaking water. i get it back washed... its still leaking, they didn't fix it, told me they waiting for approval and now i must take off another couple of hours to take my car back there sometime when they call so they can waste another 9 hours of my life. I now have to delay my holiday plans because I might not have a car. The service lady, Leanne (I think) was fantastic and tried her best, and if i could I'd compliment her service 11/10, but the fact that i now have to take my car back there again, just seems like they don't really care. service 3 times in a row, I have to take my car back for the warranty fix and i have one service left on my service plan.(yes the car is only 2.5 years old) but i'm fearful of the service I'll get there to. If i had to rate renault, i'd give the lady in the front 11/10 but the rest of the team maybe 2/10, and thats being nice. PATHETIC!!
