Took my 2011 suzuki swift 1.5 in for a annual service and asked to please my shocks as i have complained before they seemed worn when driving.

i was told the shocks need to be replaced and was given a shocking amount for 4 new shocks. i enquired about the warranty since surely at 45 000km the shocks should a) still be good enough and b) if not, still under warranty?!

when i picked up my car i was told i would be phoned back first thing as the 'lady' was not there. no call back. later the next day someone phoned (i guess from customer service?) asking me how the service was, and i told them the storey, she promised to enquire from the dealership and get them to phone me back. 5 weeks later... still no response!

i dont have time for this service centre any more, since a similar incident happened last year and took the same amount of time and effort from my side chasing them every second day.

i cant wait to sell this car and move on.
